Wow, this is SO very interesting! I hadn't heard about the Geico incident, but I can attest to how in the US, so many companies utilize "at will" employment contracts, which basically, as I understand it, means, that employee, at any time, can be fired with NO apparent means to fight back.

This is just incredibly wrong on so many levels.
