Wow. I had a similar experience yesterday just trying to take a walk in combined temperatures of 95 degrees (actual temperature plus humidity) and was able to go about 3 blocks before I had to turn around and come back, gulp down copious amounts of water, etc. And yes, it felt very scary. FYI: I'm 5"5, 115 lbs and I also felt incredibly stupid
