Totally agree with this. Like you, I feel that my dog is a much better person than I could ever hope to be. As humans, we could learn much from them. I feel at my most self aware when I am immersed in nature and the natural world. The romantic poets, Byron Shelly Keats all understood the majesty and the grandeur of nature. The elevated nature and in turn, elevated love. If only we as a society could do the same.
