TOO TRUE! "Critical thinking skills" or should I say the LACK of them is what helped to elect Mr. Oompah Loompah and may very well work to do so yet again (please universe no!!!). I have a graduate degree in Humanities and a liberal arts background.

I used to joke that my arcane knowledge (ask me about the Pre-Raphaelite painters!) would always come in very handy at cocktail parties with random "small talk" but the truth is: the great Enlightenment Movement that once existed back in the day is no more and so thinking/logic/rationale mean very little today in current cultural society.

And my M.A. in Humanities is about as useless as a stuffed olive in a dirty Martini, sad to say (all apologies to the olives because I love them).
