The Age of Rudeness in Society

This is NOT what Edith Wharton envisioned in “The Age of Innocence”

At least, I’m pretty sure it’s not, all apologies to Ms. Wharton if I am speaking out of turn beyond her grave but I don’t think I’m wrong about this aspect.

And maybe that’s the thing: I don’t HAVE to be “right” — about anything. I’m perfectly willing to admit if I feel that I am “wrong” and I have absolutely no compunctions about proffering apologies (which are sometimes warranted but also equally sometimes unwarranted, as well, too).
