Thank you 💝 I noticed in your bio that you are an INFP also - me too. Perhaps because of that we are more sensitive to such things. You are right in that it’s really more about those feelings and wanting them to stop. I also think also that for me, it brought a strange sense of control meaning that: so much of my own life has felt completely felt completely beyond my control this past year. And so, in a weird sort of way, this contemplation of ending things felt empowering to me because in that moment it felt like the one thing that I COULD control.
