So very true. Anyone who has had the pleasure and privilege to travel abroad has felt and experienced what you described here. I feel this absence acutely whenever I am in the states and it makes me sad. It’s also a big part of why I can’t wait to be out of this country and living in a peaceful tranquil joyful place.
