Republicans Are Like “The Grinch Who Stole Christmas” — Only They Don’t Grow A Heart — They Lack Them
Ahh, and here it is: yet another white middle aged man apparently making a VERY important point in the picture above. It’s all SO very predictable.
And I am SO very tired of it. Here’s the blurb from MSN: Republicans Openly Acknowledge Social Security And Medicare As Top Priority Targets, Claims They’re The ‘Real Drivers Of Debt’ — *Well, that solves that particular dilemma then, huh* I guess I only needed the party of the priveleged to re-iterate what has always been known: they don’t CARE.
The article further states: “During the second vote on U.S. Rep. Jim Jordan’s nomination for the next House Speaker, a right-wing lawmaker interrupted the Republican internal strife to emphasize their shared objective: reducing programs crucial for the healthcare and everyday expenses of millions of Americans.” And yet again, these people show their utter lack of empathy and humanity for “other” people than them.
Because you know, why foster a culture and society that seeks to be KIND to people? To create equality? To — I don’t know — actually HELP people?
This is exactly why, the Republicans remind me of Grinch. There is no soul hiding behind the eyes of Mr. Jordan or any of the others. They have none.
