So, this is very disturbing. And yet, even now, for many, climate change (or is that catastrophe?) is NOT happening. Hmm. How can ANYONE look at these images and videos and actually believe that this is not a REAL thing?
It absolutely boggles my mind. It is horrific. It is unbelievably sad.
People running into the ocean to escape the flames. Stop and think about that for a moment. Try to imagine it (if you can; I certainly can’t).
This is what it’s come to. This complete and utter abnegation of all reality.
I’m sure that our various “leaders” will no doubt make their usual self-serving statements of “Thoughts and Prayers” while the fires continue to scorch and burn lives away. This is, it goes without saying, unacceptable.
At least, it SHOULD be unacceptable, but it’s not. It’s just: business as usual in the good ole U.S. of A. If aliens really are here, living among us, can you even begin to imagine what they must be thinking of us…ridiculous humans? The conversations they must have! And I agree with them.
