I worked for a few years as a uni professor and even back then tenure was being eliminated.

It's not going to stop, sad to say, because this country has never really placed a real abiding value on education; superficially, yes, but other than that, no. And we can see this every single day with someone like the Orange Buffoon and the lack of critical thinking skills that those who STILL ascribe to him are so very much missing.

"To the victor belong the spoils" and most sadly, that will never include educators and those that honestly really TRY and make a difference..
