I think there is truth to this. It’s not fair at all. I can admit to being on the receiving end of this and when I was younger I didn’t even realize it but now that I’m older, I do. The thing is: beauty does fade with time even though we can do much to forestall it. I would rather cultivate beauty both internally and externally because we all grow older.
