I really am starting to believe that the majority of people DO like like living in the "dark" - there was a reason that a certain period of time was once known as "The Dark Ages" just as "The Age of Enlightenment" ushered in fantastic knowledge.

The great band Devo once coined the phrase:

"De-evolution" and that's what all this feels like.

We are NOT "evolving" BUT rather "de-volving."

It's extremely disheartening to bear witness to.
