I can totally relate to this. Right now, I am incredibly fortunate to have a really wonderful therapist, but it took a very long time. Please don’t give up the faith that you will find the therapist meant for you. P S. I had to have a breast biopsy many years ago, and even though I was terrified it all thankfully turned out okay.
