I can so much relate to this, as I am getting ready to move and have been both donating and selling various items. I can tell you that it is both poignant and bitter sweet to do so. It can feel liberating, but it can also feel very sad as well. I am the sort that apologizes to things and everything that you wrote here really resonates with me. I don’t think that there is an easy answer. I just think that as David Bowie once sang “ the moment, you know, you know you know” thank you for this ❤️
