Hi there,

Apologies for the delayed response but earlier this week, I received my second Covid booster shot in preparation for my upcoming trip to the UK soon.

You asked: "What does that look like for you" re: depression and anxiety...that's a wonderful question to ask and I thank you for doing so. Gosh, let me think about this as I'm writing these words to you.

I would say that much like yourself it is all encompassing as well - meaning that it's an every single day kind of struggle and while some days are better than others, it's always there, lurking in the background, like a ghost that continuously haunts.

I think that, just as you noted here: when we see famous people succumbing in this way, it makes it all the more accute because the presumption is that if an individual is "successful" meaning: they have lots of money that it automatically takes any such struggles away and obviously that is not the case.

I think too, that part of the problem is that there is STILL such a stigma around discussing such things as that certainly doesn't help any, does it?

How are you, by the way?
