Hey there. I’m Gen X and LOVE Douglas Coupland - so very nice to see him mentioned here! I believe that Mr Coupland himself was born in 1960/1961 maybe? I totally embrace the Generation Jones label too though because my parents divorced when I was 16, so prior to that I had the traditional home life BUT then became a “latch key” kid - point being: I think there are gradations that exist/overlap between the two.
