This was so refreshing to read and it helps me to feel a bit less alone while I am out/about w/mask.

A friend of mine, is, like you, a uni professor and she is masking up yet again to be in the classroom now.

I honestly just don't get it. Americans seem to have amnesia because we've been here before, right?

Does anyone really expect anything to be different?

While the vaccines have helped, they are not, in and of themselves, a "cure all" - as a society it would be wonderful if we could all recognize that, as well.
