Continuing Covid Recovery
Sunshine. Vitamin D. Two very important things that I am learning which, according to research, can help to both heal better from the virus, and also, enhance your immune system, especially when you consume Vitamin D3 along with Vitamin K2. Who knew? Certainly not me, at least not till now.
It’s interesting in that, prior to the pandemic, I was an absolute fiend (in a good way) about taking supplements AND going to the gym several times a week…since the pandemic, both of those have been drastically reduced.
I would still take my supplements (when I remembered them) but having had the virus and REALLY wanting to avoid having it again or having Long Covid, I have been researching various ways to improve my health overall.
This includes some different supplements, dietary enhancements and, of course, more exercise (when I feel like it, as I’m still struggling with fatigue). The thing is, with my upcoming move to the UK later this year, I NEED to be in optimal health, or as close as I can get to it, anyway, because I’m going to need A LOT of energy, in all ways — physical/mental/emotional to help me with doing everything that I need to do. So, here’s hoping…
