Not withstanding my life long crush on Daniel Ash, I should mention that this is a cover version of a song first performed by The Temptations.
It’s funny how music transcends and often reveals quite prescient realms.
Much like the best art, the best music NEVER goes out of style, I believe.
So, the inspiration for this post today comes from a Time magazine article:
The headline here: “Scientists Are Worried About New COVID-19 Variants — But Most Americans Aren’t” is important because it seems to illustrate the ever widening gulf between the average person and a scientist; meaning:
I’m an average person (well okay, maybe not in ALL ways) but I didn’t study to become a scientist. That’s an important distinction, I think, because I try to pay attention to, and listen TO science. Now, can science be “wrong?”
