“America Makes (Most) People Very Sick”

In all ways…

What do I mean by the above statement?

Well — in the states, working “overtime” is considered “de rigueur” — nights/weekends/holidays. It’s considered an accomplishment, “going the extra mile” and “showing dedication and passion” to your “job” as it were.

So, there’s the very real “physical” toll of that — never really being able to “escape” from work — which in turn then leads to burn out, stress, and all manner of physical ailments such as high blood pressure, etc.
