I had NO idea that this was done (re: the oh so sneaky difference in "Job Growth" as it relates to not only just the "Employed" and "Unemployed" BUT the even more important "Unemployed and have not looked for work in four weeks" bit). HOW is this permitted to be done? It's just outrageous!
